Bolton 0 Chelsea 4 highlights 24/1/11
Bolton manager Owen Coyle has called on his team to put on a rousing performance at the Reebok tonight on what will be an emotional night as the club honor the late, great legend of the club, striker Nat Lofthouse. Before the match there will be floral tributes and a minute's silence in respect of maybe the club's most well known player. Bolton certainly need a big performance for other reasons as well as they have gone 4 games on the bounce without a win, albeit with them still being in a proud, lofty position of seventh in the league standings. Wanderers have also found Chelsea a real tough cookie to turn over, having last beat them , all the way back in 2003 with a last minute own goal by John Terry giving the Lancashire club the spoils.
Chelsea themselves will be hoping for a positive result and are buoyed with confidence again after last week's victory over Blackburn which ended a recent dour run of results. The blues however have been stuttering away from home since October and their form has been so faltering that sriker Didier Drogba claims there's no point in talking about themselves retaining their league title untill they manage 2 or 3 straight wins in a row. The match takes place at the reebok stadium and kicks off at 8pm Monday night.
