Manchester United are still raring to capture both the premier league and champions league despite a demoralising defeat to Arsenal on Sunday. Schalke go into Wednesday's tie knowing that they not only HAVE to win. They have to win by 2 clear goals to at least send the game into extra time. Despite the weekend defeat to Arsenal, even being held to a draw by the German team looks like a long shot as they created little to nothing in the first tie. United's name is pretty much being chalked in most places as going to Wembley in 3 weeks time and if that fact was not to come to fruition it would be one of the most catastrophic failures in the club's history. Unfancied teams have gone to away grounds and grabbed a 2-0 win before, take Arsenal's title win at Anfield in 1989. Difference is Schalke are a long way behind in class than that Arsenal team!

The live football stream takes place at Old Trafford and kicks off at 7:45pm on Wednesday.
