Manchester United return to champions league matches tonight after being in very different surroundings at the weekend only sneaking past Crawley Town in the FA cup albeit with a completely different lineup for the match. United have been pretty average away from home this year compared to their normal standards but in Europe it has been a different story with the team winning 9 out of their last 10 away journeys. The Red Devils will certainly be favourites to get past the French team especially with Marseille being ravaged with injury problems.
However the French champions did turn over Chelsea in December in a 1-0 victory and won't be easy prey for United and after suffering 2 defeats in this seasons competition they came back to win four on the trot which included a 7-0 mauling of MSK Zilina which saw them secure a passage through to this last sixteen stage of the champions league. The live match takes place at the Marseille stadium and kicks off at 7:45pm.
