West Brom 1 Manchester United 2 highlights 14/8/2011

United open their defence of the premiership crown at the hawthorns to take on West Brom which won't be a stroll in the park for United as the baggies will be bhoyed by a good finish to last season and a consolidation of their place in the premier league after promotion. They finished 11th last season which is their highest finish in the top flight since 1983 and hopes for the new season will be raised and new boss Roy Hodgson will be hoping to turn his fortunes around after a depressing tenure at Liverpool last season. United by contrast will be expected to win and with the new arrivals of Ashley Young, Phil Jones and David Degea to add to the ranks they will be expecting 3 points from the match.
